Have you ever been told with things like ‘you can’t do this. You can’t do that. You can’t be this. You can’t be that’ just because they said so?
How much of what they say “you can’t’’ is actually their projection of their own limitations onto you? A little, a lot or all of it?
Be aware so you don’t buy into that lie about you. Continue to choose YOU and what feels light that is true for you, not anybody else.
