It’s ok to feel angry and express your anger. There’s nothing wrong or bad with it. You are allowed to express your anger without being judged as wrong or bad. How many times you were made wrong for getting angry, expressing your anger and not allowed to express it and then you went into the wrongness of you? I hope this video is helpful for you.
